Important: this is NOT an automatic detector. A browser cannot see your local gateway address, and this page makes no network call to find it. You must check the address on your own device, using the steps below, and then type that address yourself in your browser address bar.

Step 1: Join the right network
Step 2: Android, find the Gateway field
Step 3: iPhone, find the Router field
Step 4: Laptop, find the gateway
Step 5: Open the portal yourself
What to do if the gateway is not 10.0.0.1
Use the gateway address your own device shows. Many machines use 10.0.0.1, but some use a different private address, for example an address starting with 192.168. That different address is normal for that machine. Do not force 10.0.0.1 if your device shows a different gateway. Type the address your device shows, in the address bar, with http:// at the start.
If no gateway is shown at all, you may not be fully connected to the machine network. Forget the network, rejoin it, move closer to the machine, and check again. If other customers have the same problem, the machine itself may be down, and only the operator can fix it.
Reminder: Never type a gateway address you found on a random post or video if your own device shows a different one. Your own device, on that machine network, is the only reliable source for your gateway.
