Piso WiFi Help

This page replaces a split customer service and help line approach with one merged help page. It explains what this site can help with, what it cannot do, who to contact for each issue, and what to check before you contact support.

Answer first: Use this site for help with guides and corrections. For a machine, voucher, payment or session problem, contact your operator first; for an admin or platform licence problem, contact your platform supplier through its official site. Do not send passwords, voucher codes or payment details publicly.

What This Site Can Help With

This site can help with understanding a guide, correcting an error in a guide, and finding the right guide for your question. For those topics, use the Contact Us page, with the article name and what you found instead for a correction.

What This Site Cannot Do

This site cannot fix your machine, refund a payment, recover a paused session, reset an admin password, unlock a voucher, or change a rate on your machine. This site does not hold machine records, sales records, voucher records, or payment records. Only your operator or the platform that runs your machine can check those records.

For JuanFi and other open or community based systems, there may be no single support desk. In that case, contact your supplier or the community channel named by your supplier, and check the JuanFi guide for the setup and script notes that apply to your build.

Official Platform Contacts

Contact platforms only through their official sites, named in the Platforms Compared guide and in each platform guide. This page does not list email addresses or phone numbers for platforms, because those details change and unverified contact details are a common scam vector. If a page claiming to be official support asks for admin passwords, WiFi passwords, voucher codes, or payment, stop and verify through the official platform site first.

Scam Warning

Fake support pages and fake support messages are a known risk in this niche. Common scams include pay to unlock your session, send your admin password to restore time, and download a tool to get unlimited time. Do not pay, do not send passwords or codes, and do not download such tools. See the Safety Guide for the full scam explanation.

Before You Contact Support, Checklist

Before you contact an operator or platform, note: platform name if known, machine location and WiFi name, device type, whether the problem affects all users or only you, time of the problem, and a screenshot of the portal, timer, or error if you can take one safely. That checklist, from the Troubleshooting guide, helps support diagnose the problem without asking for passwords or codes.
