Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what pisowifiguide.com collects, what it does not collect, and how reader information is handled. This site is an independent information site. It does not run Piso WiFi machines, sell vouchers, or process payments for internet sessions.

What We Collect

When you read this site, basic technical information may be collected by standard website hosting, such as pages visited, general device and browser type, and approximate region derived from an IP address. This information is used in aggregate to understand which guides are useful and which guides need improvement. It is not used to identify individual readers, and it is not sold.

If you email us at [email protected], we collect only what you send in that email, such as your name if you include it, your email address, and the content of your message. That information is used only to reply to you and to verify a correction if needed.

Cookies and Analytics

This site does not use Google Analytics or any other analytics tool, and it does not use advertising cookies. It uses only functional site tools: GTranslate, the translation switcher that lets you read the site in another language, and the Dark Mode toggle that lets you switch between light and dark display. Those tools may remember your chosen language or display setting in your browser so you do not have to choose again on every page. Cookies do not give this site access to your Piso WiFi machine, your portal session, or your payment accounts. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

What We Never Collect

This site never asks for, and never collects, Piso WiFi machine admin passwords, WiFi passwords, voucher codes, session IDs, payment card details, GCash or Maya account details, or any other payment details. Do not send those details by email or through any other form on this site. If a page claiming to be this site asks for them, treat it as a scam and do not send them. See the Safety Guide and the Piso WiFi Help page for scam warnings.

Children

Guides on this site are written for general readers. This site does not knowingly collect personal information from children, and it does not offer accounts for children. Parents and guardians should supervise younger readers, especially on public WiFi safety topics covered in the Safety Guide.

This policy may be updated when site tools, contact methods, or data practices change. The updated policy will be posted on this page, with a note about what changed. If you have a question about this policy, email [email protected], and do not include sensitive details in your message.
